I searched out the PL HP integrated after feeling dissatisfied with the sound coming from expensive components, including VAC, Parasound and Rogue. Sound was bright and therefore not very compelling. I tried the Dennis Had designed monoblocks from Moon Audio, which got me closer to a less bright, more involving sound. Unfortunately, it wasn't very dynamic sounding. It sounded good with chamber and solo instrumental music. But I like a wide variety of music, including rock, and it lacked balls. So to the rescue came the PL HP! Brightness-gone; dynamics-wow! Dimensionality was much improved. Bottom line was that my system with the PL was more involving and natural sounding than separates costing twice as much money. The headphone amp sounds great and is a nice bonus. Many thanks to UA for your help in finding the right amp.

It’s a beautiful sounding amp. My Cornwall IIIs came alive like never before. It was like new speakers. Plus Its perfect for my vinyl collection but still has fabulous sound playing CDs. Not to mention how cool it looks with all the tubes running. A sick addition to my home stereo.

This is my first attempt at building a HiFi system but I knew I wanted tube power. After a few weeks of reading reviews I decided to buy the Primaluna. I am running the Primaluna Dialogue Premium HP amp fed by a NAD M12 Pre Amp/DAC into Klipsch RF7-III speakers. I'm currently listening to Alabama Shakes in Ultra HD streaming audio and the soundstage is expansive. The only thing I've done to the amp is to add two Gold Lion 12AU7 to the center preamp tubes. I bought Kevin's Stash and opted for the cryo and it was an immediate improvement. Higher and more defined soundstage, very wide with Ultra HD audio. If I'm getting this amazing sound out of the Klipsch speakers I wonder how much better a set of Tannoy's would sound? But, that won't be for a few years if at all. Thank you to Upscale Audio for answering all my questions.

After decades of solid state equipment swaps and the relentless and futile pursuit of meaningless specifications I realized that I forgot about the reason behind all of this: listening to the music! After three months with PrimLuna Dialogue HP I can only feel the regret of not going tube before. The CD collection was miraculously saved from oblivion and got a new lease on musical life, while the vinyl shines like never before. Everything I looked for came to me in this wonderful package: dead quiet background, tight and powerful bass, wonderful mids and diaphanous highs. The build quality is impressive. To summarize in one word: a revelation!

Going on 3 years now with my HP and still loving every minute !! I upgraded from the Stock Tubes, to a full set of Cifte 12AU7's and was so impressed that a month later, i then upgraded the stock EL34's, which i loved the midrange on, to some Monster KT 150's. This ended up giving my Martin Logan's the Best compromise of Tube Mid-range Glory and clean Really Tight Bass.

I'm a regular short money Audiophile, I was looking for many years to upgrade the Tube Amp. Visit some fancy HiFi stores with astronomical prices and the attention from personnel was trying to sell the expensive stuff. I've own a PrimaLuna Prologue 8 Cd Player a couple of years ago, I'm very happy of quality of the brand but I assumed that PrimaLuna tube amps where to expensive, I've never check for the prices. Surfing on the Net I found a video of Kevin Deal about this Tube Amp, check for the Web page and prices. First of all, It's very rare to find a very good Web Page, its amazing well done Upscale Audio, web page. Saw the prices of this Tube Amp and the excellent Video of Kevin Deal showing up all the features. I went to the Upscale Audio Super Cool Store in a beautiful area in California, I bought the Tube Amp right away. About the PrimaLuna Tube Amp, Let me tell you It will be the Best Tube Amp that you can buy at a reasonable price that perform like expensive ones. Just Amazing engineered well done product. I'm very happy with overall experience (Web Page, Video form Kevin Deal, Store and personnel attention) and obviously the PrimaLuna Tube Amp. I was looking for flaws on the this Tube Amp, as a electronic technician and Audiophile, I couldn't found any

This review is for those considering this amp but possibly "sitting on the fence." I've owned many different tube (and solid state) amps over the years, both integrated and separates, and while lots of products have had many attributes to recommend them, I can honestly say that this amp (the PrimLuna Dialogue HP Integrated) is the best tube amp I've ever owned. I've owned McIntosh, Cary, Quicksilver Rogue and many other tube amps, and this one slays them all. In virtually every respect (ease of use, power, flexibility, build quality, durability, and features) this amp represents an amazing choice for a lifetime acquisition. Most important of course is the sound: This integrated gives you the bass response of solid state with the heavenly midrange and presence of the best tube amps. The advertising is true: The case can be made that this is the only amp you will need for any system, regardless of cost. It's a tube-roller's dream come true, but only if that's your thing - the amp sounds incredible with stock tubes. I've used it with many different types of speakers, from Klipsches to Magnepans. Pay attention to the power cord and outlets/converters you use. Upscale can give you advice on just about any system configuration option, and which power tubes will be best for your situation. The only thing you could possibly want is balanced inputs...but I find them completely unnecessary for this type of amp. Go for it!
