“Sounded wonderful when the right channel was working. On initial turn on there was no sound out of the right channel. Moved the tube a bit right channel working. Turned unit off then back on right chanel dead. Moved tubes from right to left same issue. I took the pre amp to friends house, same problem. Sent pre amp back to you and bought a Patios IN THE GROOVE amp.from you. Works fine so far. Thanks Dale”

“Nice compact accessory, that is pretty much required for any system using the modern MC cartridges. I'm always a bit confused by the settings on these devices, but Sean and the rest of the gang at Upscale were their usual helpful selves via email. So I have it working well, and bringing a lot of life to my Ortofon cartridge.”

“Phonostage is great and it is really dialable to both MC and MM cartridges. My only complaint is the lime green logo, but it is not that in your face, so I can take it. Would recommend. Thanks to Sean and Kat for this recommendation.”
