“Was not expecting such a dramatic difference in my ARC SP9MkII. I had recently swapped the tubes for an unused pair of Sovteks I got from ARC in the 90’s. Even after ~50 hours, the sound was harsh and “compressed”. After replacing them with these EH Gold Pin (Platinum Non-Cryo), the harshness was gone and the sound is more open and dynamic. I highly recommend these over the Sovteks for at least the SP-9 preamps.”

“Smooth, rounded top end, palpable midrange. Got cryogenic treatment-- don't know what effect(if any) that had. Upscale took time to help me which is appreciated.”

“These EH 6922 cryoed tubes are GREAT!! They blew away the stock 6n1ps in my Schitt Valhalla 2 headphone amp. Kevin really knows his stuff. My Prima luna power amp I got from him several years ago is still going strong”

“Great tubes. I used them in my ARC PH-3 phono preamp. They are very quiet and sound the best to me over the Sovtek and JJ brands I tried. This is my first purchase from Upscale audio and am very satisfied.”
