Bought these 2 years ago and was tube rolling so I dropped these into my Modwright Elyse DAC. Really cleaned up my vocals and gone was a hint of sizzle at high volumes. Very happy and I wish I had used them sooner. Very warm, transparent presentation in my system.

I have a Feliks Audio Echo Mk II and many other tube amps. Just got these a couple of days ago. Running Vincent SP-332 power amp , Pangea power cord, the big dog. Cambridge DAC. Project DAC. Cambridge CD player, Vincent CD player. All morrow inter connects. Streaming from computer. Jitterbug, IFi ground loop. Cabasse , Martin Logan, , PSB, , Cambridge speakers. I pulled a pair of ECC88 Teles and put these in. Notice right away that the highs were more pronounced. I tried all my different speakers and different players. I had to tone down the treble a bit. Of course that is just my opinion and on my system here. I will let them run for a while. I have so many NOS tubes I do not know what to do with them to compare and play in my other amps. However after saying this they do sound very good and no noise at all that I could tell. burn them in a little more. I think these will be a another great tube to my mess. Just gonna play them and put my head back and go on a planet caravan.

I used this tube in my new Quicksilver Mid-Mono amp. I have had very good luck using Gold Lyons in a bunch of different amps and preamps. This one is no exception. These are wonderful tubes, they do everything just right in every piece of gear I put them in. My only complaint is they are getting pricey, still worth it.

I have some pretty fancy NOS tubes and each of them has something of a signature that makes them wonderful for some music or some particular recording but also has to be considered a defect listening to other music or other recordings. The tubes that have gotten the most run have been Mullard E88CC/01 which possess all kinds of magic but also let me down in some music, and Siemens 6922s which are a bit more neutral and less "tubephonic" than the Mullards. I love them both, but these Gold Lion tubes are by far the most satisfyingly universal tubes I've tried. They seemed to sail through the top end and threaten to be screechy for a couple of days but have settled in beautifully and produce music with an unimpeachable balance of poise, power, warm beauty, and clarity. Lively without harshness. Such musical grace! They may lack the cachet of NOS tubes, and don't seem to have a heavy signature that might find you admiring - or cursing - the "tube magic" instead of listening to the music, but they let the magic of the music speak for itself and that's really as it should be. Everyone's system is different but these are tubes I have to recommend you try.

Love these valves in my Pathos Logos! Great low end and warm highs. Transparent miss too!

I am extremely pleased with these tubes. They have a great silky top end and a strong and well controlled bass. Vocals are also very true to life with a great presence. I’m running them in my Pathos amp.

I bought the Gold Lion 6922 Platinum Grade matched pair to replace the 6922 tubes for the Lamm m1.2 Reference Monoblocks (the tubes 1 in each monoblock help with the voltage output). Lamm recommends changing them about every two years ( I bought the monoblocks used with no history of tube life of the 6922's in the purchased Lamm's). Sonically I cannot say they have made a listening difference but I feel very confident they will probably last longer than even the 2 years that Lamm recommends.
