“Gold Lion 12au7/ Kevin's Stash, Cryo Compared to the stock PSvane tubes, my BHK pre is much more open and quiet. I suggest purchasing from Kevin's Stash to get the closets match and quietest pair. Compared to the PSvane, we are talking about solid state quiet when it comes to hiss. I have 101db efficient ZU Omen Defs. and any bit of noise and hiss is audible when close to the speaker. The Gold Lions eliminated pretty much all major tube hiss.”

“instantly slightly better sound. More precision without brightness. Replaced the original equipment on Prima Luna Dialogue HP. Original was totally fine. I rolled the power tubes and the improvement on the pre amp tubes was more significant. Satisfied.”

“I've just listened for a few hours on my rogue sphinx v3, but I liked these a lot. They were replacing some mullards that were finally giving up (noisy, losing top and bottom) after 8 years of use. These have outstanding base and highs, and nice imaging. They are also very quiet. If they last as long as the mullards did, I'll be a happy camper.”

“After around 20 hr of burn-in I started noticing improvements. Now I have over 100 hr and WOW. Notes and voices have more inner detail, note decay is delicious. Music is more real, instruments and vocals have a more physical position in space. My soundstage is so wide on certain material that it seems there are another pair of speakers at the outer boundaries. I purchased the platinum grade per Kevin's recommendation and am not looking back. Thanks Kevin and your right again, these tubes ARE bitchin.”

“2 of these tubes replaced the stock JJ's in my Rogue Audio Hydra. Big change, soundstage opened and detail improved. Very happy with these tubes.”
