“Placed into a Rogue Audio RP1. These replaced a pair of Mullards also purchased from Upscale which I was also very happy with. This feeding a vintage pair of NHT 2.9's. Difference was evident in more detail, transparency and over all fullness to the sound. Subtle, but very noticeable as they continue to get more hours on them. Very worthwhile purchase.”

“Replacing a pair of NOS Mullard tubes in my Rogue RP1. after about 20hrs or so these Gold Lions settled down and sounded more and more musical as I've listevened to them. Tight bass, open in the mids and upper range, overall fantastic sound. I listen to all types of music by the way, but I've really enjoyed the sound of chamber music with these new tubes.”

“It has been a long time since I went out of my way to write a product review, but my experience with these tubes has compelled me to do so. I bought an Xduoo TA-22 after reading and watching a lot of reviewers rave about it. This combo unit was the right fit for me, literally, because I do not have much desk space but wanted a tube amplifier. This was my first experience using tube amplification. The stock tubes were OK and I was impressed by the audio quality, but after upgrading the tubes to Genalex Gold Lions... Oh. My. God. It took the audio experience to the next level!! I can't even describe how good all my favorite songs sound now! I am rediscovering old favorites that I've listened to thousands of times before and hearing new sounds that have been hidden from me all this time. The experience is truly euphonic! For reference, I am listening on DT 177X Go headphones. Maybe someday I will upgrade to better cans, but I feel like these high quality tubes have made up for "just OK" headphones. They were the missing link I needed to get the audio quality I had been seeking for a long time.”

“Sounds wonderful in the Woo Audio Fireflies 3rd Gen. So much more powerful, dynamic and musical than PS Vane Art Series, RCA NOS or Apos RAY. Will soon compare them to the Brimar CV4003/12AU7.”

“I bought these as a upgrade to the prima luna tubes that came with my EVO300 integrated amp. (and they are just fine) However, these made a considerable positive change, detail, soundstage and even tighter bass.”
