“I wanted a small upgrade to a Jolida Integrated amp I've had for 8 or so years. After a little research, the Gold Lion seemed to be a well-rounded upgrade at a modest price. I was not prepared for the type of overall improvement these tiny tubes made over the respectable tubes that come stock in the Jolida. Bass, in particular, is present with a much greater impact and authority. Imaging, also, is significantly improved and more focused. Finally, details in the recordings that I could hear hints of before, are now noticeably present, making the music come to life in new and wonderful ways. Every aspect of the experience is more engaging. Enjoy!”
