“The Purple Heart is the best cartridge I have ever heard. It finds things in very familiar records that I have not either heard or have never heard sound as full and lush as it makes my records sound. It does an absolutely incredible job of making pianos and acoustic guitars sound as natural as possible. This is accomplished without a loss of definition, impact and weight on the low end of the spectrum. I have quit searching any further for a cartridge at this point. The Kiseki Purple Heart is quite literally a goose-bump producing satisfying experience.”

“This is a fabulous cartridge! Detailed, musical, big well focused sound stage and quiet with very little surface noise when set up properly. I used Analog Majik software to dial it in. Got it to within .1 db channel balance at almost 30db of separation!-impressive. Its rather large body makes it a challenge to set up visually but if you get it right and take the time to dial it in, I can't imagine what paying a lot more money gets you. I've owned more expensive Lyra's and while they were great cartridges the Purple Heart is a keeper! Thank you Kevin and your great team at Upscale Audio.”

“The Kiseki Purple Heart NS Moving Coil is better than the original, but maintains (and extends) the original's considerable strengths! It is supremely musical, has wonderful imaging, and extracts lots of fine details from the grooves. It's the best of both worlds!”
