“I can only say that this was not received as part of my order and instead I was sent second 2oz bottle...for $85.00. Further compounding the insult is that multiple attempts to contact Upscale Audio for a solution have gone ignored. I assume I am never going to see my 10oz bottle or my $85.00 again. Thanks for the great customer service.”
