I’ve tried several cleaners over the years and some are definitely easier to use than the kirmuss but it does the best job after the time spent.

While this may be an excellent cleaner for records, it is waaaayyyy too complicated to set up, operate and the included instructions and convoluted and printed in a manner that is confusing. I don't know if it cleans records well as the setup was too much for me to deal with. It was clearly designed by an engineer who expected everyone else to be an engineer and from a design standpoint it should function like this: add water that is distilled, put in records. Turn on. That is it. No bullshit pre-bubbling the bubbling process or whatever. So if you wanna deal with a complicated machine that probably cleans really well great but I'm not using it and I'm gonna buy something else.

As previously mentioned, there is work involved. But the results are amazing. What really hit me other than the loss of all the noise, was the increase in gain (volume) after restoring.

I am very pleased with the Kirmuss cleaner. It's more effort than previous systems I have used, but definitely worth it. Using older vinyl I had no longer listen to because of pops ticks and hiss I was pleasently surprised at the improvement. Deep scratches were still there but the noisy background was subded and the music was rejuvenated. So much so that my focus is cleaning al my vinyle from th late 60's and 70's. Not all have records have cleaned up well as the first few but the majority (80%)have pot a smile back on my face when listening after a good cleaning! this purchesa had been a great investment! Thank you Dr.Kirmuss and Upscale Audio! Cleaning 3 dics at a time is Great!

Does a great job but it’s not just putting a record in a machine. Lotta work, but it does a great job. I have to put a half a day or entire evening to clean records, this is due to not being able to leave solutions in overnight.

Compared to what iSonic offers directly, the Upscale Audio version allowing individual record insertion and withdrawl makes possible a processing sequence that vastly speeds up everything, especially for records with varying aounts of contamination, dust, etc. The record transport mechanism is impressively robust, and easily repairable if necessary. And the recommended scrubbing process with surfectant combined with ultrasonic cleaning definitely works as advertised. Older RCA shaded dog's, Columbia 6-eyes, etc., emerge spectacularly clean with improved sonics, and are immenently playable at higher volumes without distraction from loud pops. It takes a while to cut through the fog of the instructions, but that has nothing to do with why one should purchase this. I think the Kirmuss, as modified by Upscale Audio, has found the sweet spot for ultrasonic record cleaners....
