“Very good bang for the buck. Soundstage width is just beyond my speakers nice sense of instrument separation. Pairs well with my Technics Sl1210gr with a Nagaoka MP200 cartridge”

“I originally thought the Rega MC phono stage would be the way to go with my Rega P8 turntable. Al talked me into saving some money and going with this MoFi StudioPhono. It's a good, basic phono stage however, at the gain required for the Alpheta 3 catrdridge there is noise at mid to high volume levels. Sound overall is good but the background hiss is noticeable during quiet passages. Could be typical for units in this price range.”

Hi Dan, We were so sorry to learn that you were getting some noise. This might be because your system is very revealing, your speakers are very efficient or there is something wrong with the MoFi StudioPhono. You are welcome to return or exchange it if you like.
