“I’ve owned at least a dozen phono preamps ranging in price from $150 to $2500. What I’ve learned is you get what you pay for - with one exception - the MoFi StudioPhono. If you didn’t know what this unit cost, you’d swear it was a $1000+ phono stage. It’s noise floor is ridiculously low, you can adjust the settings to match almost any cartridge and the sound is smooth yet exciting. All this for $300. Well done MoFi! And Upscale is the best in the biz.”
