“This is about Upscale Audio more than the tubes. I ordered a matched pair of these, both were bad, but the 2nd one didn't show its problem until I had already shipped the 1st (at my cost). I was made to feel like it was my fault or my gear. Then when I finally got the 2 replacements they were not a matched pair. I am tired of dealing with this issue and am just going to sell them, and hopefully recover some of my money. My Stock tubes and a couple of pairs I bought from different vendors are working fine. The 1st replacement also worked, I have not tried the 2nd mismatched replacement.”
