“Replaced a set of 4 Tung Sol EL 34 tubes, kudo's to Tung Sol I got three years of service from them. Installed the Mullard EL 34 Cryo tubes and noticed immediately that they sounded fuller with better extension. I did not remember Tung Sol sounding this good but I still liked them, they have great imaging and sound stage but the Mullard tubes sound better. “Replaced KT120s in my Primaluna Dialog HP. The KT120s could sound a little shouty in the midrange at times in my system - these EL34s smooth that out and provide a little more midrange polish. My biggest concern was a potential drop-off in bass weight and presence, but haven't heard any issues there. As always, Upscale service, packaging and shipping was first-rate.”
