“Loving the new reissue Mullard EL34's replacing the old originals in my PrimaLuna Prologue 4 that Kevin sold me over the phone about 6 yrs ago. Also got the NOS, GE-AU7's, and new Mullard CV4004-AX7's to complete the whole set. They are wearing in and sounding perfect now after about 60 hrs of play. Upscale is my exclusive source for tubes.”

“I have about 75 hours on these now in my Mystere PA21 amp with a PL Evo 300 preamp, and greatly enjoy the sound. I listen to mostly classical chamber music - string quartets and quintets, piano, cello and violin sonatas and concertos. There seems to be more warmth and depth to the music than with the Gold Lion KT88's I was using previously. Don't get me wrong - the KT88's had more bass slam and bright clear highs but for what I mostly listen to the Mullards produce a fuller and richer sound.
