“Excellent service. Came quickly. Perfectly packed. Made a phone call first with a question or two- response was accurate, professional and friendly. Tubes are warm, a lot of air around notes, with unlimited ceiling. Big improvement. Somehow typical LP noise lower- not sure how that can be but it’s true. Excellent company. Thank you !”

“I have added the tubes to my collection for later use. The way they were shipped is a concern. The styrofoam peanuts were above, and on the sides of the tubes, none on the bottom of the package, where the tubes were. Shipping shift. Perhaps. My other orders have come well packed. I will shop at Upscale! Just thought you should know. Jim”
