“Bueatiful Machine. Works flawlessly. This machine is built to last and is one of the best investments of my system so far. I don’t know why I waited so long to get a RCM and I’m glad I went for the upgraded Cyclone over the 16.5. Upscale is top notch and a pleasure to do business with from their customer service to their packaging/shipping department. 5 stars”
