“Arrive well set up and easy to integrate- I also appreciated the cartridge upgrade due to the supply issues with the Elys2 cartridge it was ordered with. Item arrived well packaged and Ive been using the heck out of it for a couple of weeks now- a fantastic upgrade from the 40 year old Technics SL-D2 I used to have!”

“I replaced a uturn orbit special with the rega p3...wow what difference. I'm so glad I purchased it after speaking with Al on the phone a few times. Al was was very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with him. Kat was also very helpful in helping me with other issues speaker recomendations. Over all experience with upscale was great. Back to the rega p3. Wow and wow!! Dynamic highs, well placed plush midrange and strong fast impactful bass. Jimi Hendrix valleys if Neptune never sounded better. Cartridge used is the rega ely's 2.”

“I was pleasantly surprised. I bought it blind, and trusted the advise I received from Ken at Upscale. Ken guided me with my turntable options, and was attentive and patient in response to my questions. The cartridge pairing (Ortofon 2M Bronze) is also great and the end result is music (mainly Jazz in my case) that is rendered nice and smooth, and way better than I had expected with an MM cartridge. For the price, this is an outstanding combination. I would like to gratefully thank Ken, Sean-Paul, who set the thing up, and others at Upscale who were terrific through the process. They were challenged by the pandemic, but their comms were honest throughout, and I am really thrilled with the way things turned out at the end. This is my third purchase from Upscale, and if there is any regret, it is that I'd like to see them open a store here in NorCal.”

“After over a year of contemplating, I narrowed my turntable search to the Rega P3 and couldn't be happier. With Kat's knowledge and help I selected the Sumiko Evo lll cartridge to take it to the next level. Not only is it a beautifully understated piece of equipment, it captivates the senses better than any of my digital sources. Looking forward to more hours of use with the cart for an even more open and detailed expression of the music.”

“I just recently got a Rega P3 with the help of Kat, who by the way, was truly knowledgeable about this product. I stated to her that this is my first TT and would like a Turntable that I can grow with as my analog journey begins. This table is well built for its price and I had it configured with a nice Low output MC Cartridge by Hana. Truly a musical duo and all I can say is wow! I also like thank Sean in customer service for superb customer service and being on top of of the sale all the way to delivery! My experience with upscale audio has been amazing.”
