“I purchased this pre-amp on 23NOV18 and it has been an absolute joy. I have it paired with Primaluna Prologue mono blocks running to a pair of Kef LS50's. My Primaluna electronics have great channel separation and the Kef speakers can image so well that my listen experience is amazing. This pre-amp has added a bit of holographic meat to the bones of my music. The sound stage has tight bass with a just little bit of warm thickness in the mid range and the upper frequency is airy but never harsh. My previous electronics had a very anemic mid range and the top end could be a bit harsh which left me looking for improvement. I found the improvement I was looking for with Primaluna. I believe this Pre-amp to be an exceptional value. Upscale audio has always delivered in a timely manner and I have never had a problem. “I only have about 10 hours on this preamp but my brother as well as myself hear a big improvement over my Levinson gear, this is special, with my SUPERHOT/live/tactile&musical, London Reference cartridge, and my holographic/tactile& musical Mo Fi 3.5 carbon (Miyabi)cartridge, this preamp has a big sound stage with seperation, upper octave "air", shimmering cymbals, bass that is deep and defined, vocals are realistic and electric guitars soar with realistic edge, I can hear each drumheads pitch as well as stick/cymbal strike or brush/cymbal work, my speakers are Revel Ultima Gems w/REL S-5 sub It is a special product noticable at first play Thank you, Ron”
