“5 stars for sound quality (the most important part). 3 stars for the quality of the amplifier. I’ve read some reviews of the auto-on feature and other features causing issues. I crossed my fingers but guess what? After 6 months there’s now a consistent humming while in standby mode. And when the auto off feature powers off the sub after no longer playing music, the amp makes a huge THUMP and then a high pitch SQUEAL. Weirdest thing I’ve ever heard. Hope the warranty process isn’t terrible from REL. Disappointed in quality.”

“Don’t care for you customer service! The are fine while buying but not much after sale. Pretty much would stay away from upscale in future because of it. I’ve already not recommended you twice!! That’s all.”

“I have been an audiophile for almost 30 years, trying different powered subwoofers, looking to find the right one for me. I feel like I have tried every brand there is on the market. So my flavor of bass signature is the type you get from a live band in a bar or a live band at the state or country fairs. All I can say is my days of auditioning subwoofers are over! I have definitely found that live band, hit you in the chest solid snap, low notes I have been looking for.
