“I had my PL Dialogue Premium repaired by Upscale recently. They were quick, reasonably priced, great with communication and I received it back in perfect working order. Very happy with my interactions with Upscale. 5 stars as always!! BTW. I agree with the masses - PL amps are the best value in hi fidelity. I own 2 of them and I love them both. My Prologue is 20+ years old and sounds better than the day I bought it. I use it almost everyday and have had no issues. It will probably outlive me.”

“The sound of my Primaluna Dialogue HP is rich, warm and musical. The EL 34 tubes are integral to that character. Upscale replaced one tube that failed after 5 years and two weak tubes. The updated sound seems even more clear with greater detail resolution.”

“I am still getting static from the left channel. As a result, I can't use the Gold Lion tubes I purchased from you. There's no static when is use the stock tubes. I am really disappointed by this as I was looking forward to using different tubes with this amp.”

“The remote controlled potentiometer failed in my Prologue Premium integrated and I decided the best place to send it for repair was UPSCALE AUDIO. Sending an amplifier this heavy is not a small feat but UPSCALE received it without any shipping damage. !st attempt didn't go well so I sent it back with freight paid by UPSCALE. The 2nd attempt was successful and I'm using it now without issues. I will add that the service provided by UPSCALE was 1st class and I will continue to have UPSCALE "deal" with any issue I have with an audio component. Thank you, Andrew”
