“Kevin, Kat and all of the staff at Upscale are the nicest people you would ever know. With my speaker order, they included their speaker placement narrative and set up disk. I followed their directions down to the letter. Speaker placement is now perfect. Not only is the setup disk a useful tool, but the music contained is much enjoyable as I find myself playing it along with my other music. Hope someday to travel close to Kevin and Kat's location as I wish to visit the store and meet everyone.”
