“Coming from the KC Vibe which I owned for over a year (excellent amp) the Insight with the LPS upgrade is definitely worth the price. I chose the option with the LPS (Linear Power Supply) and the biggest change I immediately heard was dramatic difference in the surface noise of my records. We're talking dead quiet when the needle dropped leading into the first song. This had allowed me to hear more detail in my records, and I can only imagine how much 'blacker' the background can be with next amp in the Sutherland lineup which is the 20/20. If you have KC Vibe, or another phono preamplifier definitely consider this as a viable upgrade option! Great customer service work Sean!”

“Thrilled with the Insight. Has pretty much transformed my vinyl playback, using a Technics SL1500. Handles both MM and MC spectacularly. One very nice bonus I’ve gotten is that is makes poor vinyl (recent pressings) listenable. Highly recommended!”

“Definitely an upgrade, from the S2 preamp I had. The S2 was great in my old set up. NAD 368 and Music Hall 5.3 and RP 6000 The Sutherland is a much better match. For my Prima Luna 100, Concept Wood turntable and Heresy 4’s”

“WOW! I received my Insight today and fired it up. It is amazing; the spaciousness of the music just knocked my socks off! It's very well made, sounds great, and I believe if need be you could drive a truck over it! I replaced a sub $ 500 phono stage with the Insight, and I'm glad I did. It really makes my MoFi TT with the master tracker cartridge sing. I called your store on Saturday (before I ordered it) and asked about several options, and great the advice I received was as usual, unbiased and straight forward. This is my second purchase from Upscale, and again I was not disappointed in the service and advice I received. When I reviewed my MoFi TT on your site last year I said you have a customer for life and the recent experience I've had with Upscale Audio only cements that opinion. Thank you again for your customer service and great products at a fair price.”
