“My wife bought me the wilsenton R8 for my birthday but sound good but not great after seen Kevin’s videos and n you tube i desided to purchase tubes from upscale.audio got 3 6sn7 and four Kt88 gold lion , OMG what a difference, I love my system, thanks Kevin and I hope one day to buy a real high end system from you , thnks”

“Great tube to tone down a bright sounding system. The highs are somewhat rolled off, the midrange is emphasized and will be brought to the front, while bass will lose some detail and extension.”

“Purchased these for my Schiit Freya +. After extensive research, there appeared to be the best new production option for my sonic signature's slightly warm solid bass response taste. However they do not provide a sound much different from solid-state. I think I will venture into vintage tubes when I can. but for a new production tube, these have been quiet and I'm happy with the sound for now”
