“I have too many sets of power tubes for my Primaluna prologue integrated.. I won't name or compare them, but it's good to have them all. They all offer something unique. I swap them out every few months to see if my taste and ears have changed. But every time I come back to EL34s, in this case the Russian Tung Sol, which are the current 34's I have, the natural beauty is there. That body in the midrange, especially on vocals and acoustic instruments - it makes a nice difference to me. Rich, full.”
