“Purchased a matched quad of ARC Select grade for my Ref 75 but could not manage to adjust the bias to the target values for 2 tubes. Bias remained too high despite the potentiometer was set to the minimum possible. Fortunately, after contacting customer service, Upscale Audio accepted the return and refunded the total amount. Thanks. To fix my problem, I had to purchase (for a much higher price!!) a quad of KT150 from ARC at my authorized dealer. In this case, I was able to adjust the bias very easily.”

“Excellent tube. Good balance. Crisp highs , good midrange, deep bass. Seems to be ridiculously durable . Does not run hot in my monoblocks. Very satisfied .”

“Once again, Kevin and his staff have offered another superb listening product. I didn't think getting Audio Research matched KT-150s were really needed for my Ref75SE and decided to save some money getting a set elsewhere. Big mistake-I struggled with the bias on each tube in each channel. Common sense dictated I stop my "el cheapo" tendencies and do it right-get the best tubes available. The KT-150's from Upscale hold their bias, are perfectly matched , already burned in, and make my Audio research system sing. Thanks!”
