“I installed a quartet in my PL Dialogue Integrated 50 hours ago. I had been running 7581A, which is a very fine tube. The 150s sounded good out of the box and I noticed a more spacious presentation with more powerful bass. These tubes are keepers. They provide a very detailed and transparent sound and the soundstage width and depth increased noticeably. I am a bass lover and these tubes flesh out the bass in an impactful and musical way, while sounding very natural. The frequency range does not seem to emphasize any one frequency. In the past, I have tried KT 120s and found them to be too laid-back and cold sounding although very detailed and almost solid state like. If your amp is designed to handle these kind of power tubes I do not see how you could possibly be dissatisfied or go wrong”

“My wife bought me 8 KT-150s for xmas for my EVO 400 Integrated. This is the first time I have rolled tubes andI am blown away by how good the new Tubes sound. The Original PL EL 34s sounded wonderful but... The KT150s have a much richer sound. More depth. Highs are solid, mids and mid bass are much more punchy while the low bass is more accentuated. Overall the amp seems even better than before. I am a happy Upscale Audio customer.”
