“The jeans were exactly what I was looking for and expected so I have no complaints there. However, I had a prompt email after ordering stating that my parcel would be delivered the next day by courier. I received a text from the courier saying the same thing. So far, so good. The next day I had a text from the courier company saying that they had not retrieved my parcel from urban rider so would not be delivering. No answer when I tried ringing urban rider. A day later I received a phone call from a gentleman working in London that had received my parcel to his work. I rang urban rider several times and received no response, sent them an email - to which the response was, they hadn't delivered to the gentleman that received my parcel since before I had placed my order...clearly! I gave them the option of having it delivered by courier the next day, to which they said they wouldn't be able to. I told them I would have it picked up and delivered, I would invoice them the cost and all of a sudden they were able to deliver as requested. I did receive a discount for the troubles, but the staff certainly were not helpful and I can't fathom how this mistake happened in the first place.”
