“From intial order to delivery every thing was fine. The jacket (Barbour Int Short biker) is great and size chart is accurate.However since delivery the level of customer care has been non existant. The same day i recieved the jacket i got a mail from the cafe-racer.com informing me they have the same jacket with 20% off RRP. I promptly sent 2 requests in writing to Urban Rider (1 as described on their website, 1 as a general product query) to claim the difference back as outlined in their price match promise i.e. price match plus 10%. I am yet to receive any confirmation of these mails or notification that they are dealing with my claim. I do not recommend this company based on the poor customer service/follow up and will be returning the jacket and will instead purchase it from the cafe-racer.com with a significant saving.”

“Great product ... gets better as you wear it and looks great when you are not riding your bike as well as when you are on it. Back protector may need to be adjusted slightly to fit the jacket pocket but this is simple. A great jacket, very happy with it”
