Top quality jacket. Especially when you consider its around ه£200 cheaper than the other well known brands. Comes with a good padded removable lining and body armour. Excellent Value!

If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to Belstaff you won't find a closer match to the iconic Trilmaster than this version by Richa. Having owned a genuine Trialmaster myself this jacket has every detail covered - from the tartan lining and antique brass press studs to the 4 large pockets and waist belt. It's basically a Trialmaster by any other name and the quality of materials is right up there. Plus you get all the look and feel of wax cotton with the added benefit of a waterproof liner and D30 armour. However there is a but, and that's the sleeve length. I ordered both a medium and a small so I could ensure I got the right fit - Both jackets felt okay and I could easily wear either, but I preferred the small - apart form when it came to the arms - I practically lost my hands when standing straight - Not something I usually find with jackets as I am reasonably in 'proportion'. So I measured both jackets only to find the sleeve length on the medium was 69cm and the length of the small was 71cm. Now perhaps I've got a 'Friday afternoon' jacket and the pattern cutter was thinking about his weekend but that seems wrong to me - The small should have shorter sleeves surely ? The result is a jacket that fits great everywhere apart from the arms which are just too long to feel comfortable. A real shame because aside from this the jacket is a stunner - For ه£179 compared to ه£500+ for a Belstaff it's a no-brainer, unless of course that Phoenix label is important to you. Sadly my jackets will have to go back - I've contacted Richa directly asking if they can advise. So if you are considering one and have arms like a monkey you could find your perfect retro jacket !! Overall verdict - Great quality product, great price. But come on Richa get the fit right !
