The Blast Shield from Biltwell is a custom made visor for the Biltwell Gringo helmets. The Blast Shield fits snugly around the Gringo's eye port and is fastened with five steel snaps. It is constructed from impact resistant flex polycarbonate and heavy duty stainless stell snaps. There are two sizes available, Small for XS – M Gringo Helmets and Large for L – XXL Gringo Helmets.

“The Biltwell blast shield. I brought this as a nighttime visor. I use an orange bubble visor during the day on my Biltwell Gringo (coolest helmet in the world.....probably). It works very well. Easy enough to store away too. Make sure you get the right size for your helmet. Wish it had Biltwell printed on the press studs though. Minor gripe though. Get one & be uber cool like me!”

“The visor fits and works, but in cold weather I've had a big problem with it steaming up, and have to unsnap it at one side. Still usable but not ideal for winter. The bubble visor works better.”
