Premier Trophy Helmet - Carbon Reviews

5 Rating 4 Reviews
Read Urban Rider Reviews

Premier have managed to retain a compact shell size in keeping with the original 70’s helmet without compromising safety.  There are no vents and the visor is retained by two screws and friction plates, when closed it is secured by press studs (again in keeping with the original). The visor will not seal like a modern visor, the helmet is trying to stay true to the style of the original rather than provide a host of modern technical features.   Both helmet and visor fully homologated ECE R22-05 Premier DCA (Dyneema / Carbon / Aramidic fibre) shell One outer shell size Clear 2mm thick polycarbonate anti-scratch visor with retro press stud closure Double D ring chin strap “Soul” sanitised fabric inner liner Removable / Washable cheekpads Available in three sizes: M/57, L/59, XL/61 Weight 1290gr +/- 50gr

Hi Martin, That's unusual, do the buttons just not stay snapped shut? Please do get in touch with us on info@urbanrider.co.uk and we'll try and get to the bottom of this.
Lovely retro look lid, with a modern carbon look to it up close, fits really well and great vision compared to modern style lids ... A little noisy on the motorway, but around town you can hear surrounding traffic and most importantly the pipes from your parallel twin cafe racer

Very excited about my new Premier lid. Previously tried on a matt black version in the store, so I was confident about the size and fit, as this carbon Trophy is the same shell. These helmets are all about the retro style design; you don't get one for its high pereformance but with the right bike in the right environment and conditions, it makes an excellent alternative to an open face, if you prefer your retro style on the 'sporty' side. I love it!
