“Hi - I meant to write when I received my samples. Also ordered a sample of the B&W kookaburra wallpaper. I was disappointed as the little sample piece I received for the kookaburra wallpaper was a section of the pattern with no kookaburra's!! made it impossible to discern if that was the pattern I wanted or not. I would suggest to ensure any samples have key pattern features in future. Sally”

Hi Sally, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on the wallpaper samples you received. I am so sorry that the sample sent of the Kookaburra wallpaper did not contain any key elements of the design, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will be reviewing all of our wallpaper samples to ensure that this is rectified and we are giving our customers the best representation of the design possible.
