“We got fillet mignon cut into bite size cubes marinated overnight with this seasoning, white vinegar (or white wine vinegar), olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. (Recipe is on the label but we did not have OJ) and cooked it in iron skillet. It was superb. Now this seasoning is our favorite.”

“I do the following for the best steak I have ever had: 1) buy good quality fillet 2) drizzle with good quality extra virgin olive oil 3) smother both sides in Montego Bite with a little bit of salt and pepper 4) Cook in a high frying pan for 2 minutes on each side Delicious!”
