I do the following for the best steak I have ever had: 1) buy good quality fillet 2) drizzle with good quality extra virgin olive oil 3) smother both sides in Montego Bite with a little bit of salt and pepper 4) Cook in a high frying pan for 2 minutes on each side Delicious!

I have used Montego Bite for years. Lovelove it! Makes the best pulled pork BBQ...my family's favorite summertime meal and winter, too. When I finally ran out of my stash I couldn't find it in any local grocery stores as they all quit carrying Urban Accents (they are NUTS) so my husband introduced me to the computer, found you and placed my order...came quickly and now I am happy again! Thanks!

Makes excellent jerk chicken. I also use it in a salad with shrimp, mango, avocado, a little red onion, and lime juice. Delicious!

I haven't opened mine yet and I am sending one each to my sisters. Just a little of this in lime juice and olive oil creates magic on chicken and fish!!

I moisten my pork tenderloins with olive oil, lightly sea salt, course pepper and liberally add Montego Bite. Montego Bite, makes the pork snap. It is my secret ingrediant. Great on poultry also. Only cook meats on the grill.
