“Most Americans -- unless they have traveled in the Middle East (or, possibly Greece or N. Africa) -- are unlikely to be familiar with this spice. I have tried several formulations of it, and this one from Urban Accents is by far the best I have found. It is great on top of cream cheese or goat cheese spread on your favorite bread, or on top of humous, or can be used with oil or butter in cooking fish. There must be some other uses for it that I haven't gotten around to trying yet, like incorporating it into a sauce or gravy.”
