“I buy the bag of 3 chickens from Costco and use the brine on them.......Excellent!! But when using for chicken, only brine 3, maybe 4 hours at the most, otherwise it would be too salty.”

“This turkey kit was out of this world. It was amazing. I put in a 24lb turkey in the 20lb brining bag and it held all the liquid over night. I thought that the bag would explode because my turkey was so big but it did its job. The seasoning was delicious and the pumkin spice was a nice flavor in my pies. I made a note to buy this again next yr but I won't leave it as late as I did this yr and I will put the bag in a pan in the fridge. Good job guys, now I will try other products. Thanks”
