First time using a dry rub and I must say, it's the only way to eat meat!

This glaze is perfect for making dry rub baby back ribs! Simply wash ribs, pat dry and generously cover with Sante Fe rub. Wrap in foil and cook at low temperature. Before serving, lightly brush with BBQ sauce of your choosing(raspberry/chipotle is terrific), and toss on grill for a few minutes. Spectacular! I am usually hesitant to use packaged rubs, but these Urban Accents products are really wonderful.

I love this dryglaze on various types of seafoood. Also delcious on babyback ribs and pork chops! Cant say enough wonderful things about all products ,,,the only thing is the shipping costs are outrageous for such light weight products.

Sunday dinner is an important family time for me. I can have anywhere from 6-15 people attending. My go to for grilled bone in chicken breast is the Santa Fe BBQ dry glaze. Sweet heat and everyone loves it. It pairs well with anything from grilled veggies and Spanish rice to potato salad and cole slaw! An easy and great way to kick off the BBQ season here in northern New England!

I sprinkled on shrimp and let it sit for about 20 minutes then sauteed them. My guests raved about it for weeks
