“I was very disappointed with this as I thought it would be much softer. The bottle itself is not rubber and therefore is much stiffer than a usual hot water bottle and not easy to place comfortably round the neck which is what I had hoped for. I ordered 2 of these - one for myself and one for a present so I feel this was a very bad buy.”
