Thank you for leaving a review. We are very sorry to hear that the spark plugs caused some issues. As stated on our site these are one heat range colder for tuned vehicles. Just to confirm what is the year make and model of your vehicle? The spark plugs are NGK brand and should have the part number on the plug itself. “I have a full stage 2 S3 and these spark plugs surprisingly made a difference! Acceleration and throttle response became much more crisp. Great maintenance/upgrade choice”
