“All components seem nice quality with nice coatings and finishes. Only headache was with the heat shield. I could only get 2 of the 3 mounting points to line up. The screw up front was misaligned by almost a full inch. It's also a tight squeeze at the turbo inlet. The silicone boot is in contact with the coolant lines that come out of the expansion tank. Aside from that. Looks and sounds great. I would buy it again knowing what I know now. No "whining" noises with my setup, only turbo wooshies. Mk6 GTI, APR Stage1, GFB DV+, ECS Turbo Muffler delete, Borla S-type catback.”

“Its not bad but the cold air intake does have hose for the air flow filter and my check engine was came out sadly.”

“Installation was pretty straightforward on my 2009 GTI, well made system. Only thing I wish it had was one more screw for the box attachment to the front air intake, but seems to work fine without it. Fits well, no rattling or contacting adjacent surfaces. Sounds cool! Now I know I need to replace my blow-off valve! ;)”
