“Performance is a little better. Coupled inlet with a turbo muffler eliminator. Not a big fan of the inlet new sound both with and without the turbo muffler delete. Very wooshy and not very turbo-y in my opinion.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the sound from the intake. Most all intakes will allow the turbo surge noise to be more noticeable as the intake is open. Have you swapped out the diverter valve as well? In some cases this can change the sound as well.

“Intake sound is amazing in my opinion. Very good induction sound and the "blow off" that we love. Fitment was not good at all, the coupler that connects to the turbo we cut half an inch off and cut over an inch on the maf side of the coupler in order for the heat shield to actually fit in place and it be close enough for the maf wiring to not get pulled. The smaller shields that guide the air to the filter did not fit into the heat shield with the 3 provided screws but one screw holds it tight enough. 09 A4 avant”
