“Purchased these to replace a corroding aerofabb V1 splitter for my mk7 gti after a year. I acknowledged that the part was not eligible for a return upon purchase. The end to end length read adjustable from 6.5-8.5” approximately. What was not described was that each end that swivels is 1.5” on both ends, meaning max adjustability of the middle portion is 5.5” and was too small for my application. I reached out to customer service for potential resolution and got directed to their return portal where the return was rejected. Frustrating experience and i’ve learned my lesson.”
