“YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR YOU, BUT I WILL ANYWAYS. WHERE DO I START? I ORDERED SOME PARTS FOR MY CAR ON 7/9/2. TODAY IS 7/27/22. I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS AND MY ITEMS WOULD BE DELIVERED. SO YOU CAN SEE IT HAS BEEN WAY OVER 3-7 DAYS SINCE ORDERING AND STILL NO PARTS FOR MY CAR. IN FACT, THEY ARE HELD UP IN FLORIDA FOR MORE THAN 12 DAYS. NOW ABOUT A WEEK AGO I CALLED AND ASKED WHERE MY PARTS WERE AND I WAS TOLD IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND CAN NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY OR RESEND THE ITEMS SINCE THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD UP TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. I AM MORE THAN ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR A RESOLUTION TO THIS. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING OUT OF SERVICE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS WHEN I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS. THIS IS NOTHING LESS THAN B.S. SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME WHEN I CALLED FOR AN UPDATE BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY.”

We are very sorry to hear that the items have not arrived to you. Looking at your order I see this was placed on the weekend of the 9th. We shipped out your order via USPS on the 12th. It appears that USPS is having some issues with delivering the package to you. Unfortunately, once the packages leave our location they are outside of our control. We were not made aware that there was an issue with your package as you did not contact us. We will be more than happy to get this resolved by contacting USPS for you.
