We are sorry that you feel that way. Insurance in general can feel like it is useless until you need to use it for a claim. Route covers more than standard package insurance such as theft.

We are very sorry that you feel that way. The Route shipping insurance protects you against lost or damaged packages as well as theft whereas most shipping companies do not cover theft. Since the service was used on the original shipment the service is not able to be refunded if the item is returned.
