We are sorry that you feel that way. However, Route covers more than just lost or damaged packages, as they cover stolen packages whereas UPS, FedEx, USPS does not.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Insurance of any kind always seems like it is not worth the value until it is needed. This service is 100% optional and can be removed at the time of checkout if you do not wish to purchase it. However, this insurance does cover theft whereas the shipping companies do not.
