Thank you for leaving a review. We completely understand how insurance in general feels like a waste of money. However, it always helps to know that if something was to happen with the package you have the insurance that will cover it. It is best to be covered than to not have insurance at all and be out the money for the order.

The APP does not track packages well. However, if you use the tracking number on Google it will take you to the shipping carriers' site and you can see better information of the tracking status.
