“Although this isn't a performance mod, it definitely cleaned up the engine bay. Getting rid of the noise pipe is a must and let's face it, it's a useless part. This is a quick and easy solution to guide the boost where it's supposed to go”

“Even though the clamp seems a bit small, I was able to squeeze it just enough for it to catch and tight down the cap. The bay looks much better now.”

“Looks good way better than a cap from Home Depot lol but it’s basic and easy to install I had a few issues with the clamp so I used my own”

“Installed the delete cap in my 07 gti fsi. It’s a snug fit especially the clamp. Had a tough time sliding the clamp down the cap but was able to push it down with some plastic trim removal tools so as to not damage anything. I wish there were a few more teeth on the clamp so it’s open up more. Still this is the most cost effective deletion for a noise pipe delete. Trust me I’ve tried the hardware store plug and it failed. I did put the old hose clamp on as well just as a precaution. Tracked a shipping to Canada was quick.”

“Product works great. The cabin sound is definitely a bit quieter. The hoseclamp I received seemed to not fit though so I just reused the clamp from the noise pipe and it's great. Been running it almost a month now.”
