the eye stamp, and fierce flicks, do not hold up through sweat/moisture/light rain/snow.
The mascara is a terrible formula with almost what looked like strands of lint, which at first i thought was the brush coming apart, but starting to think it's just a bad formula.
I really liked the shape and what I could do with the stamp, and the liner, but with no hold power, it was a mess after wearing for a sort time.

“I want to preface this by saying that I have hooded lids, live in a humid environment, and I work in a bakery. Bought this liner because I wanted to give liner pens a try again. Been wearing wings and using the same cheap drug store liner for over a decade now so I wanted to upgrade and I really enjoy other Ciate products so I was really excited to try this liner. Unfortunately, if Im honest I'm not really impressed with it. The stiff felt tip makes it a little difficult to maneuver the pen and the liner isn't pigmented enough and it fades rather quickly. I suppose if you're in a cold environment or work in an air conditioned office the liner might last longer. In addition, if I use primer and concealer on my lid, the liner rubs off creating an unflattering crease on my eye lids. However, it does technically dry fast.
Another plus is that the stiffness of the pen makes it easier to not overdo wings and helps keep them small and tidy (which seems to be trendy as of 2021). Despite it's downfalls, this pen is one of the better ones I've tried and if you dont have hooded lids and a don't live/work in a hot environment this pen might be for you.
The packaging is cute so thats a plus, I suppose. If Ciate ever revamps the formula, I might buy it again, but I think for now this liner will just be my emergency liner for when I run out of my usual drugstore one.”
