“The update on the order through email great 5* delivery of the item 5* over all let down was with the item received, dirty marks and pen drawn on the hat. very let down over all as this was a gift and has now had to be sent back and could take up to 14 days with no confirmation if the item has been received back at your warehouse or when I should receive the item. If the item had been received with no marks etc then 5*”
